Our “Free Consultation” is a high-level feasibility audit. It does not constitute a binding contract for engineering services. As part of our commitment to integrity, we reserve the right to decline projects that do not align with our expertise or where we believe AI cannot provide a measurable ROI.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this site – including the “Architects of Intelligence” narrative, technical methodologies, and case studies – is the property of Ordinate AI Solutions d.o.o  and is protected by Serbian intellectual property laws.

3. Accuracy of Information

While we strive for engineering excellence, the AI landscape evolves rapidly. The information provided in our “written details” or technical overviews is for informational purposes and should be validated during a formal engagement.

4. Limitation of Liability

Ordinate is not liable for any business decisions made based on the preliminary information provided during free consultations or in our technical overviews. A formal partnership is required for production-grade AI deployment.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Belgrade.
